Friday 13th DVD complete series collection with all episodes and seasons on DVDs
The series named Firday 13th is the American-Canadian horror Television Series that ran for about 3 complete seasons from October 3, 1987 to May 26, 1990.
In the start of this project of a horror series, the name was suggested as The 13th hour, however the producer Frank Mancuso, Jr suggested that this name would not draw attention of the audience. Hence, the name was then changed to the Friday 13th. There was no connection of the story with the title name till the end of the series.
The series was a hit and the proof of the same is that the producer Frank Mancuso, Jr also produced the film The Friday 13th part 2.
PREMISE:
“Lewis Vendredi signs a deal with the devil to sell him the cursed antiques, however, due to some circumstances failed to do so, hence lost his soul to the hands of evil. After him his neice Micki and her cousin Ryan inherited the store and they also inherited the curse and must get everything back and the real terror begins”
This was the prologue and every episode was opened by it.
Lewis Vendredi was a shop owner of Antiques named “Vendredi Antiques”. He signed a deal with the devil to sell the antiques to him from his store against magical powers, wealth and immortality. He then rebelled against the devil and breaches the contract; therefore, devil comes and asks for his soul.
After the mysterious death of Lewis Vendredi, his neice Micki and her cousin by Marriage Ryan gets the owner of that Antiques shop. They both started selling the cursed antiques until stopped by Jack, who was a traveler and an occultist and was also fast friend of Lewis. He brought many of the Vendredi Antiques to the Lewis before they were cursed.
When all of them came to knew about the curse on the antiques, they started hunting down the antiques from the owners. Owners who were aware of the magical power of antiques, unwilling to hand over their possessions. The cursed objects were indestructible and must be kept in Vault. All the three persons have a trace of all the sold cursed antiques as lewis used to maintain a register of the sold antiques.
