More on in the TV show it was better define Diego image, as he is portrayed as a respected figure, a clever person and a good friend, but he is really not clever in using the sword.
In the scenes where Diego sings songs the character’s voice is supplied by Bill Lee of the Mellomen.
Don Alejandro de la Vega (played by George J. Lewis) is a cattle baron with a really high fair play. His land and cattle maybe are among the largest in California, for this reason he can be influencing in his area. He is somewhat impetuous so he often finds himself into troubles but this doesn’t mean that no one manipulate him.
There a time when Don Alejandro learns about the alter ego of Diego and he supports Zorro activity. George J. Lewis starred as Don Alejandro in Zorro movies before the Disney series.
